Shipping policy

The prices indicated are expressed in euros including VAT. They do not include shipping costs. These are calculated according to the weight of the items ordered and added at the time of validation of the shopping cart.

Upon receipt of payment, the order is sent by La Poste (Colissimo) within 5 working days, to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are those of the post office (available on their website). We make sure to respect this deadline, however, if a delay should be expected, we undertake to notify the customer by email. This type of delay cannot under any circumstances give rise to the cancellation of the order, a price reduction or the payment of damages. We cannot be held responsible for any extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of a strike or loss of goods.

The delivery deadline is set at 30 days, beyond which the order is canceled and refunded.

Upon receipt, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the goods and to notify us of any damage within 14 days.
