These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site www.surikatecreation.com, SIRET:908 072 812 00013.

Any buyer on the site www.surikatecreation.com is deemed to have read and fully accepted the general conditions of sale below before validating their order.

Suri Kate Création reserves the right to modify these conditions over time. The conditions applicable to any order are those in force at the time of placing the order.

1. Order and payment.

Any order placed is valid for full acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The conditions of sale described here may be subject to change. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on this website on the date of the order.

Payments are made online by credit card and PayPal and are completely secure.

The date of validation of the order corresponds to the date of online payment.

The products remain the property of the site www.surikatecreation.com until full payment of the price.

In the case of a pre-order of socks, a period of 3 weeks of manufacture is necessary before shipment.

2. Price

The prices indicated are expressed in euros including VAT. They do not include shipping costs. These are calculated according to the weight of the items ordered and added at the time of validation of the shopping cart.

3. Delivery

Upon receipt of payment, the order is sent by La Poste (Colissimo) within 5 working days, to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are those of the post office (available on their website). We make sure to respect this deadline, however, if a delay should be expected, we undertake to notify the customer by email. This type of delay cannot under any circumstances give rise to the cancellation of the order, a price reduction or the payment of damages. We cannot be held responsible for any extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of a strike or loss of goods.

The delivery deadline is set at 30 days, beyond which the order is canceled and refunded.

Upon receipt, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the goods and to notify us of any damage within 14 days.

4. Withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal from Suri Kate creation .

Returned items must be intact, complete, in a perfect state of resale and in their original packaging, to allow their subsequent marketing. Any item that does not meet these specifications will not be refunded or exchanged .

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer . In the event of loss or deterioration of the returned package, we will not be able to refund the order and the buyer must make a complaint directly to his carrier.

5. Confidentiality

The personal information collected from buyers is kept confidential by Suri Kate creation , which undertakes not to communicate it to a third party.
